today I am going to talk about a serious problem. Yesterday I got to know that a former shopping service of mine turned against me and wrote a extreme bad „review“ about me. This post is not only very one sided, but also is not quiet the truth.
I decided to tell you what really happened and show you that I am NOT a scammer or betrayed anyone!
I do not want to attack anyone, I just think I need to tell the whole story from my perspective.
I used to order items over a Shopping Service in Tokyo. Alaska U*** used to be my shopping service and I ordered a few times from her. The last order was in JUNE this year. This order contained different items, the total amount was 74,767 Yen at that time and by the paypal currency exchange this equals 600,06 €.

Like every time I payed the amount by SENDING THE MONEY FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT to Alaskas paypal address.
My paypal account is connected to my bank account by debit device procedure. This is totally normal. if I send money, the money will be taken from my local bank account and paypal sends the money to the seller. This normally takes a 3-5 DAYS until the payment is cleared! In this time the payment is named „Payment Pending“. This is totally normal, so at first I didn’t expected anything to happen. This was always the normal way.
However the transaction was interrupted by paypal and paypal said the transaction is cancelled. I tried to send the whole amount of money 3 TIMES AND PAYPAL CANCELLED THE BILL.

I contacted Alaska and we were always in contact throughout the whole time! I NEVER IGNORED HER OR ANYTHING. I tried to explain the situation to her several times. I talked to my bank and to paypal and no one could explain the problem and why the amount was cancelled.
In the mean time I could normally pay orders from other shops with the same paypal method! And that is why I was sure that I have no mistakes in my Bank or paypal account.
I ALWAYS TALKED TO ALASKA , the conversation never stopped. She wrote me not so nice messages, but I tried to explain everything very normal.
At one time I got the idea to send a smaller amount of money, to test if this works. I send 100 € and it worked fine. Alaska and I talked about it and she said it is fine to send the payments in little steps because any larger amount failed to transfer.

Everything was fine with that. Alaska even wrote me that PAYPAL CONTACTED HER and said it was neither her nor my fault that the transaction failed!!! She told me that PAYPAL SAID IT WAS A SERVER PROBLEM.

I send money every month to Alaska and she send me messages and always thanked me for sending.

At some times she was a little unfriendly and acted strange, but she always apologized afterwards. She wanted me to send the money quicker, but it was not possible because every time I send to quickly the transactions got cancelled again. We always stayed in contact during the whole time.
During the time I HAD NO PROBLEMS paying invoices or sending money to other sellers!
Because of the whole situation I got myself a credit card and finally got the card in November! I directly connected the card to my account and was able to send a larger amount of money, which I did on NOVEMBER 28th!!! She asked me if I could pay the amount online, but I went to my bank because this was a lot faster and safer, because I didn't wanted the transaction to fail again. I payed the last 266 € were send and she even thanked me. DIRECTLY AFTER THAT SHE BLOCKED ME and wrote this post about our business…

This was the last transaction I had with her. And for me the situation was always clear and I always told alaska what happened and if a transaction was canceled again and when I will resend it.
Alaska wrote me nearly every day and sometimes I could not answer in a friendly and nice way, because I was at work or had other business to do. This is were some of her screenshots come from. She wrote me every day and I did not wanted to ignore her so I always replied directly, but sometimes not over friendly.
Alaska wrote she stopped her service because of that bad situation with me, which is also not the truth. She even commented on my blog before the whole situation and explained that she has personal issues why she will stop working as a shopping service for people. She even told others the same reason and everything was friendly.

I even wrote positive reviews on my blog about her services!!!
All in all I payed Alaska 656 € when I only had to pay 600.06 € at the beginning! I even payed her more!
I have a lot of positive feedback on several communities, like Ebay and Gyaru Sales. The people that have brought from me or which I brought from where always pleased.
I think it is fine to leave negative feedback or to describe a situation in the communities, but it is not fair to post a one sided story and insult me or my friends! I couldn’t even see the post, because Alaska blocked me. She even wrote my „close friends“ had contacted her which I know nothing from at all and I know from nobody who had contacted her, because of her post.
Instead of that Alaskas friend wrote me and insulted me or threatened me.

I hope I explained you the situation understandable from my point of view and I hope that this will put an end to any more misunderstandings and false accusations.
